The Unitrans Passenger Group’s brands include Greyhound, Citliner, Magic Transfers and to support the strategic plan of enhancing marketing and
customer services across the board, a rethink, redesign and redevelopment of their website was required. The new site needed to be extremely user
friendly and act as a platform for communicating new developments, corporate details, recent news, and have an online booking facility. We focused on
building a content rich website with a simplified approach, improving the overall interaction both existing and potential clients have with the brands.
The new website has moved the company forward in its multi-tiered approach to engaging new clients and capturing additional market share.
